All orders are processed and dispatched from Australia within 1–5 business days. Domestic orders receive complimentary shipping via Australia Post.
International customers are charged a flat rate of 45 AUD, with complimentary shipping on orders over 350 AUD.
International orders are shipped primarily with DHL Express, and occasionally via Australia Post Express for remote destinations.
If the “release without signature” option is selected by the customer, Ayllón cannot be held responsible for any loss of the parcel.
Please note that, except for the US and Australia, product prices do not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local customs authorities upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country.
We are unable to issue refunds or cancellations if duties and taxes are refused once an order has been dispatched. In the event that a package is declined, all return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
RETURNS POLICY
For returns, please contact us at care@ayllon.co with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We accept returns for store credit only.
In the case of a fault, once the item is received and assessed, we will issue a full refund using the original method of payment.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted after 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, using a trackable delivery service, to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased with a sale code are final sale.
