Customers residing in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the purchase
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the purchase

Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.

Refusing delivery, abandoning a shipment, or rejecting a parcel while in transit does not constitute a valid return of goods and will not, in itself, constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed, any return freight, customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, storage charges, or carrier fees incurred as a result of the refusal may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Please note that any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or similar amounts paid to third parties at the time of purchase or importation cannot be refunded by Ayllón, as these charges are collected and retained by customs authorities or other government agencies.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
