• Order number
• Email address used for the purchase
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the purchase

Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions where applicable.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.

Please note that any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or similar amounts paid to third parties at the time of purchase or importation cannot be refunded by Ayllón, as these charges are collected and retained by government authorities or customs agencies.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
